Prasmanindo Bogo Utama (PBU) are in need of a Catering Manager to over see their growing school catering services division.

You will be a part of an exciting team where no two days will be the same. With great variety and the support of a catering company which are industry leaders, this position will definitely keep you on your toes!

As Catering Manager your duties will include:
* Leading, managing & training staff
* Ensuring targets are achieved in all areas
* Assist in developing budgets
* Forecasting & maintaining growth
* Design and develop menus
* Building rapport with customers and improve repeat business

The skills you require will include:
* Strong Food Industry experience at a supervisory level or above
* Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
* Outstanding client relations/customer service skills
* Will need to be experienced in organization of rosters
* Extensive management &/or administration experience
* Financial management skills
* Ability to be involved with hiring and on-the-job staff training and development
