CUSTOMER SERVICE STAFF (CS)


As a front-line team, you will responsible to handle customer’s complaint, greeting and serving in order to satisfy their needs, and maintain good relationship with the customer.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in any major, is preferred
- Female, attractive in overall appearance.
- Able to work with 2 shifts (until 10pm) including on weekends (until 5pm), depends on the shift schedule.
- Good communication skill, pleasant in dealing with customer.
- Minimum 1 year experience in related field.
- Good communication and interpersonal skill.

General Requirements:
- Female; Fresh graduates with Bachelor’s degree in any major are encouraged to apply.
- High integrity, honesty and trustworthy
- Good communication and negotiation skill, well organized and highly accurate.
- Initiative and able to work under pressure,
