HOTEL & CATERING SUPERVISOR/ASS. SUPERVISOR (Code: H&C)

Requirements :

· Min. D3 Hotel School, majoring in majoring in Room Division Management (Front Office, Housekeeping & Laundry) or F&B
· Max 40 years old
· Fluent in English and Indonesian
· Computer literate.
· Good knowledge of Indonesia & Western food product, and menu preparation
· min. 3 years working experience in 3 stars hotel
· Willing to work at remote area (Muara Badak & Duri)
· Preferably domicile at local area

Essential Duties :
· Manage the Room Division Management (Housekeeping, Laundry and Front Office/Reception). Responsible to manage the operation line between these sections related to providing good service for clients and manage the administration on the invoicing data for all clients transaction.
· Responsible for preparing menus and produce meals accordingly.
· Responsible for managing the items/materials taken from warehouse are matches the menu and portion of meals will be produced.
· Responsible for managing the employee working time schedule and ensure the employees is working accordingly, manage the cleanliness of kitchen, restaurant and bar area.
· Responsible for managing the kitchen and cook equipments.
