Hotel Human Resources Manager (H-HRM)

You will handle the full spectrum of human resources functions for Hotel unit. You will responsible in recruitment, compensation & benefit administration, training, performance management and day to day HR process and implementation.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor’ degree from any discipline, preferably from Psychology, Legal, Management and Social & Politics
· At least 2 years experience in similar position, has a hotel background will be advantages
· Good understanding of labor legislations and strong in Industrial relation
· Conceptual and analytical thinker
· Proficient in oral and written English and computer literate (especially in Ms. Office)
· Proactive, hardworking and able to work in a dynamic workplace
· Excellent interpersonal skills, strong leadership and able to work in a team
· Position available for Location in Karawaci and Sumatera
