District Sales Manager - CHC

Job Purpose :

To plan, organize direct and control sales, distribution and customer relations management activities within company strategy and business conduct/ professional ethics with the objective to increase Field Forces productivity and achieve sales targets.

Requirements :
* University degree in business related subject
* Experience in managing pharmaceutical sales operations & experience in FMCG or similar industry would be an added value
* Ability to recognize changes in the market & take proactive action
* Knowledge of product, sales/ distribution Management
* Good relationship with customers, creative & innovative
* Hands-on team leadership
* Coaching skills
* Good command of English
